Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to prospect and sell into large organizations.  You will be one of first members of the STRIVR Enterprise sales team. We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and a high-energy environment with lots of room for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

STRIVR Sales Executives are responsible for managing the sales process from outbound prospecting all the way to closed business.  Specifically:

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow sales pipeline
  • Outbound prospecting Fortune 1000 companies via cold calling, email, and other marketing campaigns
  • Conduct high level conversations and conduct meetings with Senior Executives in target accounts
  • Track all sales activities using Salesforce CRM
  • Develop deep knowledge of STRIVR products as well as VR industry as a whole

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Sales Management (SaaS experience preferred)
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales targets and succeeds in a goal-driven environment
  • High volume cold-calling experience
  • Thrives under ambiguity, doesn’t need a lot of direction, and is a hustler
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales tools
  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate
  • Exhibits structure and control in emails, calls, and meetings. Exhibits presence, poise, and professionalism during in-person meetings with high-level executives at Fortune 100 companies.
  • Four-year university/college degree required
